Direction indicator stalk started behaving weirdly: after indicator was turned on it blinked for about three times then it stopped blinking.
This malfunction has started in one stalk position and after a period of time both stalk positions were malfunctioning. Meanwhile changing stalk position main beam blinked. This was caused by a bad contact within the direction indicator stalk.
Defective stalk symptom
Follow procedure below to dismantle the stalk. Image clearly shows that some copper was ripped off PCB flex by a rotator contact. Also rotator contact vas damaged so some copper was missing here also. I used a soldering iron to melt a thin layer of solder wire all over the damaged contacts.
WARNING! Use a low temperature soldering iron. You should contact your soldering iron with PCB flex only for a short time. Otherwise you can melt polyester layer of PCB flex and that means no way back!
Unfortunately this modification was not permanent. A few months later the same symptom came back. I had no other choice than to replace indicator stalk with a new one. I bought the cheapest aftermarket spare part I found on the web.

Before you start unplug your car battery and wait about 10 minutes to avoid blowing your airbag while disassembling around.
Approach to COM2000. Remove airbag, steering wheel and com2000.
Dismantle COM2000. Be patient and
be gentle with the pins
Put all the parts together carefully in reverse order. Before clip the housing together pay attention that both stalks and all the switchers slide smoothly.
For this process you will need a flat screwdriver, torx T20 and T50, a ratchet with M10 socket and a few small flat screwdrivers.
I've also grinded those two edges on the indicator stalk side
